How soon after WLS can you have this procedure done?

I'm seriously considering the WLS and can't decide which one is best for me. I would also like to know how soon can you have abdominoplasty after the WLS? Will insurance pay for that also? I already have a huge apron due to a vertical C-section that wiped out my stomach muscles and also due to the fact that I weigh 345lbs. Thanks for any help you guys can offer!
