I am concerned about some of the things I've been reading ...
This has been weighing heavy on my heart and concerning me that people may be having such intense procedures done without the proper guidence. This post is not meant to be a criticism in any way of questions I've been reading. However, it concerns me that some of the most basic information that the doctors should have provided to the patients are questions that are being asked here. Is it true that some doctors have provided the patients with little to no guidance for their post-op expectations, requirements, and aftercare? Perhaps I was very lucky to have had the intense guidance before and after my surgery and follow-up care to answer questions or concerns. I love this support method since by moving from South FL to Kansas City area I lost my support system where I had my surgery and there are no local doctors or groups here. I'm happy to share my experience, strength and hope (to borrow from another source) wherever I may be able to provide assistance.
