Does anyone have pacificare ppo?

My insurance policy says that they dont cover morbid obesity surgery. Does it just say that because they dont want to pay for it unless its medically nessacary or do they just noy cover it no matter what? I only got this plan because i heard it does do wls. Any awnsers?
