My friend needs a primary doctor who will refer her for surgery

I am 3 years post op. I talked about my surgery to Marie and she has wanted to have surgery for awhile now. Her primary doctor is not for this surgery. She lives in vacaville Ca and has medical for insurance. Does anyone know of a doctor she can go to that is not dead set against this surgery who lives in that area. I would really like to help her.
