Anyone start at over 550 lbs. and was told....

...that they would probably need a revision because one surgery would not make you lose all the weight? My dr. told me because I started at 563 lbs that I would. He said I would only lose about 200 lbs which would still make me obese at 363 lbs. Just wondering if anyone has had the revision and if it was as bad as the initial surgery?
