First of all, Thank you all for your advise and support.

I tried your suggestions and the scale is moving again. I also have notied inces even when the scale wasnt moving, once it was mentioned this was possable. I became so attaced to the scale going down, I didnt realise I had lost 2 sizes! I am 5wks post op now, and sill get very tired easily. I still cant put in a full days work with out being exhosted by 2 in the afternoo. I started going to the gym, but I feel very nauses about 15min into even light cardio, and so exhaused I can almost fall asleep in mid work out! Is any one else struggling with any of this?
