2 1/2 years post op and having diarrhea

I have had diarrhea for 5 days now. I am 2 1/2 years post op from open RNY Distal and I have NEVER had diarrhea until 5 days ago. I mean it is like water!! I am taking immodium around the clock. So my questions is....what would cause diarrhea so bad so far out post op?? I am feeling really tired all the time. I was the picture of health up until last week. thanks to everyone who responds
