I have BC/BS/PPO/California does anyone out there have the same coverage?

I am 5'5" and weigh 238 with high BP,cholestoral,acid reflux, fatty liver and low back pain. I have gotten the appproval from the psych and my PCP and see the surgeon for the 1st time on May 2nd.
