what does retrograde filling of the native (old) stomach and duodenum mean?

My UGI report states that my pouch folds and empties very easily with no evidence for gastric outlet obstruction. There is free emptying of the gastric contents into the Roux loop. On delayed imaging, there is some filling in a retrograde manner of the stomach and duodenum, but this filling appears to fill retrograde and not antegrade. In the conclusion it says there is some filling in a retrograde manner of the native (old) stomach and duodenum. What in the world does all this mean? Fistula?? does it mean failed mechanics? Stuck pylorus? Please help!!!!!!!!!
