tummy tucks and urinary incontinence

Does any one know if a tummy tuck will help with urinary incontinence. I had a bladder sling done about a year before my wls,It helped for a time I am now 7 1/2 monts post op wls and am having a leaking problem. Could a tt help and would a diagnosis of urinary incontinence help with approval.
