I have started running a low grade fever with no other symptoms.

I had food poisoning a couple of weeks ago and ended up in the ER. Vomiting and diarrhea. I thought I had gotten over it but now I am running a low grade fever with no other symptoms. Do ya'll think this could be something to do with my surgery. I have had absolutely no complications until I got food poisoning. I hope I did'nt rip a stitch. thanks...Jane.
