Can caffeine cause this after two years?

I am 2 years 3 months post-op. All of a sudden, I have the "shakes." My blood work is fine, as is blood pressure, etc. I have had coffee since shortly after surgery, with no ill effects. Now, it seems that I am jumpy and anxious. Could it be a sudden problem with caffeine? Anybody else experience anything like this?
