is anyone who is a recent Post op experiencing weight gain?

I am 2 months post op (LAP RNY)and i have lost a total of 77 lbs. I'm trying to follow the program supplied by my doctor, but i've gained 2 lbs already. Is that normal or am i doing something wrong. I don't overeat...i barely eat anything at all. Can someone help?
