Does anybody feel a fullness all of the time? I don't know if I should eat.

I am 10 days postop and I am not able to get pass the clear liquid stage. I have a full feeling all of the time. I have been back to the hospital once already. I am afraid to eat anything not liquid. Also, my stomach is big. I thought it would go down. And I don't think I have lost a pound. After going to the ER, I started back on a clear liquid diet and I don't know what to do. HELP!!!!!
