Any suggestions for VERY DRY SCALP

Hello all I'm 3 years post op I've been going through the whole hair falling out experience for the past year (again that is, it already happened at 4 months post op) I've incorporated biotin and zinc. I have also stopped using most hair care products, I began using a new shampoo and conditioner called "Seleca Shine" it is all organically based NO chemicals. I'm doing okay with it. I however have the worst itchy dry scalp ever. I'm ready to dump a bottle of oil on my head. Does anyone have suggestions on what I can do. I bought Nixoral and have used it several times throughout the years which doesn't really help. I'm wondering can I actually buy a hair oil treatment or something? Do you think that Vitamin E supplements could help?
