High Protein, Low Fat foods

I am currently a little over 5 months post-op, down 83 lbs. Started at 325, currently at 242. I have about 100 more lbs that I would like to lose. I am experiencing my first real plateau... I've been at the same weight for about 3 weeks now. VERY frustrating!! :( But... I am trying my best to up my water, exercise, and protein. I enter my foods in fitday.com every day, and I average around 1000 calories a day. I drink about 40 - 50 oz of water a day -- I'm working on bringing that up. And I usually get around 60-80 grams of protein a day. I exercise 3 times a week with bodylastics. Lately, I've been noticing that my fat grams are sometimes VERY high... around 60 grams a day!! From the beginning I have been able to eat anything, only small portions. So it is very easy for me to go off plan. Can anyone give me some ideas on low fat, high protein foods? I have to believe that I haven't stopped losing for good and that the scale will begin to drop again, hopefully soon!! Any suggestions are welcome! ---Sarah 9/18/03 325/242/140
