Arm Lift - What to Expect

I'm scheduled to have an upper arm lift and have the skin removed at my bra line on Monday and I was wondering about what to expect. I know pain varies between individual's, but I'm wondering what others have experienced in pain. I didn't have most of my surgeries except my thigh/buttocks lift. Any suggestions on how to reduce scarring? I'm having the incision run down my arm as the dr. said I have to much excess skin to expect a good result if I just had it in my armpit. Also, did anyone leave the hospital with drains and did you leak? After my thigh lift I leaked fluid from my legs for about 3 weeks to a month. The dr. said they have been noticing this is something that happens from weight loss surgery patients. Thanks!
