What could this be?

I am 6 and 1/2 months post op and down 100 pounds. Lately I have been getting really sleepy and maybe a tired feeling. When I sit down I am asleep in a few minutes. Everywhere I go it it like this. I am so embarassed when I do this in church! Does anyone know what could be going on. Is something maybe low i my blood? Thank you for your answers.
