How big is a Subway sandwich?? 1 Cup?

How big would you say a 6" Subway sandwich is approximately? 1 cup, 1 1/2 cups? I ate 3" or a 6" sub and I was wondering if that was too much. I don't feel overly stuffed at all. I actually feel as if I could eat a little bit more... The sub was regular italian bread, seafood and crab, cheese, mayo, mustard, and tomato.
