I was denied surgery on upper arms by BCBS of Alabama.

I plan to appeal. I am no longer able to shave arm pits by myself. I have so my wrinkles under my arms that it is not only visibly digusting but I have ingrown hair and a loss of the ability to shave without help from my husband. Does anyone have any suggestions to help override my denial? Thank you, Amy Perdue
