I need a surgeon who is a member of BC-BS PPO in the New York, New Jersey area.

I have CareFirst BC-BS EPO, which means I cannot go out of network. the surgeon and the Hospital that I go to has to be part of any BC-BS PPO network. Does anyone know of a good surgeon who is a part of this network/Plan?
