Abdomen pain in lower right front area, what is it?

Its a least 4-5 inches below my belly button and a couple inches to the right. It just started this morning so I upped my water and took a lot of Milk of Magnesia thinking I had something blocked, but even will the quick trips to the bathroom (lot of action) I still have the pain.
