Ever have Right Side Incision Pain - with almost a DENT in your side?

I have a dent near where my incision was on the right side of my stomach. My stomach actually has a hollowed area where the incision was. It also is the only area that experiences pain. Does it sound like a reverse hernia? Just muscle weakness after it was cut? Or do you have any ideas?
