My body got neglected last week, whats the quickest way to get back to

My father died last week. I ended up flying from PA to CA with my two young kids. Unfortunatley I had no help or transportation and was stuck in a house will little food and bad water. It was such a weather change I knew we were getting dehydrated. The most fluids we got were from diet (caffinated!!) pop!! I saved the food for my kids. I know my body is out of whack. I was still getting vitamins but that was it. Now at home i am guzzling fluids as much as possible and trying to bulk up on protiens. My lips are terrible and cracked, my friend honestly said I look sick/pale, and I feel tired. What is the quickest way to get healthy? I really did try to take care of myself, but it was a bad situation. What are some good (food/supplement) pick me uppers?
