Why is it when I eat first thing in the AM I have bad tummy aches and have to run....

To the Bathroom? I am 11.5 months post op and I always wonder why this happens. It doesnt matter what kind of food either. Sometimes I just eat a peice of wheat toast with some butter and maybe even jelly on it. Within an hour im running to the bathroom with (pardon this) diareah (sp). Is something wrong with me?
