Sagging Neck???

Hi all, I am 11 months post op and within 10 pounds of goal. I feel great and all my labs show everything is perfect. The problem I have is the hanging skin on my neck!!! I look 20 years older than I am. Has anyone had plastic surgery on the skin under your chin on your neck? I am starting to save money to see about getting this fixed and have no idea how much this will cost. -
