HELP NEED PROTEIN

I NEED SOME HELP.. I don't know what i'm doing I'm 6 weeks out and not getting enough protein. can't STAND my protein drinks doc has me on glucerna and choice, neither of which has enough protein in them for me. I need some suggestions for high protein foods.HELP
