I've had 2 DVT's in my left leg. Will I be able to have a lower body lift?

I will definitely need plastic surgery on my hips and thighs and calves. I'm afraid that the doctors will think it's too risky because of the blood clot issue. I'm not at risk from DVT's now because I have a green field filter that prevents blood clots from going to my lungs. Here's hoping that some of you have experience with this.
