What support groups are in Houston area?

Now that I'm scheduled for surgery, I'm back looking ofr a good support group. I've gathered that the Northwest group at Cy-fair Hospital has pretty much fizzled out. I know about Park Place, are there any others? Please tell me your experiences. Thanks Tom
