question about smoking?

Hi I am now 7 mths. post op from rny, and before having this surgery I had quit smoking altogether, but now I am smoking again cuz of stress,etc. and wondering if anyone else smokes after having weight loss surgery? I now the risks of smoking altogether but I can't seem to want to quit again. I was also wondering how it has affected you after having surgery as in have any of you had any major problems after the fact with smoking and can it cause any major problems with your new pouch and all? thanks a bunch!
