I am 6 wks post op and I need to start taking all of my supplements. Can anyone pleas

Can anyone please let me know when to take what?? I have to take my Centrum chewable multi-vitamin (once a day), Actigal (2xs day), Pepcid A/C (1x day), B12 sublingual (1x day), Calcium (1x day), and Iron (1x day). Also, when you take the above can you swallow them down with water?? Thanks for all of your help!!
