What is this tearing sensation?

Hi, I am now exactly 7mths post op and I asked a question before, but didn't know exactly how to explain it! So here it goes again, Every time I go to sit down or bend over, feel this tearinng sensation in my legs, like my muscles are ripping or stretching, I just stated to feel this. I don't have any pain associated with the feeling, but it bothers me cuz I have never felt this before! So, Have any of you had this happen before, and is it normal? It still happens everytime I bend over or sit down! Should I be concerned at all, I don't want it to be the beginning of osteoporosis or something else serious. So if any onf you that can help please do. Thankyou very much!
