question about revisions?

Hi, I am 6.5 mths post op from having lap rny and I was trnsected, but this might be a stupid question, but has anyone had to have a revision to make thier pouch smaller after having a transected rny? And exactly what could possibly go wrong to where you might need to have one done? thanks for answering my question!
