I had an episode of congestion/bile the other night.

I was wondering if anyone else had this happen. I am 3 1/2 months post-op. A half hour after going to sleep the other night I woke up and ran to the bathroom. I could barely breathe and felt very congested. I had an awful taste in my mouth that was like the taste of aspirin when it dissolves in your mouth. I made myself spit to try to relieve the congestion. While I was spitting, very bright yellow bile also came up (but I wasn't nauseous). This lasted for about 20 minutes. I called my doctor about it but he never returned my call. Has this happened to anyone else and is it something to be concerned about? I have felt fine since. Thanks for any info.
