Dr removed my hormones 1 week preop-really anxious

Has anyone preop had to remove their hormone patch or stop taking their hormone pills because of the risk of blood clots?I'm ok with not taking them, but I feel like I am going off the deep end. I am so anxious and nervous. Nothing really specific, just a very uneasy feeling that won't go away.I am usually not like this. I don't know if it has something to do with my hormone levels or the fact that I am having major life altering surgery in 4 days. Please help. Hugs..Jane.
