What is "Starvation Mode"?
Hi everyone! I am 3 1/2 weeks out and have lost 26lbs. The scale hasn't moved in a week and a half, but I am trying to understand how the body works. Why does it dump weight, then plateu like this? What causes it to do that and what is starvation mode? I need real text book answers, not "What I've heard from a friend" answers. Thanks!
