I have definite hardness and burning at times at the bottom of my incision-HERNIA?

Okay, my stomach gets rocks hard and I can actually see it moving, it causes burning and it is located towards the bottom of my incision. I just had open RNY last Monday---any clues? I've also had no bowel movements since like before the surgery so thats like almost a week now. Is this gas or a hernia?????????? The only thing I was consuming was Crystal Light, it was the first time I tried it but I don't think it could cause all of that! Any input is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!
