Please help!

Hi, I am now 5.5 mths post-op and ever since 2-3 days ago I have been having unbearable pain in my abdomen area and it radiates to my back. I can eat just fine, but aterwards it hurts worse and I feel so constipated and nothing seem to relieve it! What possilby could this be? Thanks so much for all of your guys help!
