Buying clothes in advance?

I am planning on taking a cruise in October. Currently I am 4 months out and down 88#. My question is this..what should I do about clothes for the cruise? I'm not sure what size I'll be and in October it will be hard to come by summer clothes. Does anyone have any suggestions for buying in advance or ideas for shopping come september/october? Thanks for any ideas!
