I'm hungry for cereal. What cerea has very little carbs and sugar that I could have?

I've seen postings before and now can't find them regarding cereal. I'm 3 months post-op and tired of my breakfast options. When you list a cereal please list where I can buy it. I live in a very rural area. I have a Super Wal-mart and GNC that is near by but many places that are listed on this site we do not have near us. Thanks for your help.
