I am almost 10 months out, only lost 92lbs.
I am almost 10 months out, started at 298, only lost 92lbs. I thought I can at least 100lb weight loss by now. EVEYONE is losing weight faster than me. I am so frustrated right now. My diet has weeks where I do excellent, protein, water, exercise..then I have bad weeks. Anyone else lose what I have? Suggestions? I plan to keep the exercise consistent, I finally found a protein shake I like so I will start those this week. But until now I eat a lot of cottage cheese. My sugar intake can be less.. I need help or encouragement.
