1 week post-op and my doctor wants me to start vitamins

My doctor wants me to start taking my vitamins and I was wondering if one pouch of Real Meals (60g protein) and a daily Bariatric Chewable Multi-vitamin will do. Do I need to take more? Thanks everyone!
