I am looking for a Nutritionist who accepts Washington state medicaid.

I have to go out of town for the surgery but they do not have an in house nutritionist that takes medicaid am looking for a nutritionist in the seattle, washington or Bremerton vicinity that is experienced with WLS patients. I am required to have a nutrionist evaluation. Please Help. This will be my only hold up from getting my surgery.
