has anyone ever experienced hunger only when they have been lying down awhile?

i am 2&1/2 weeks post open rny and after lying down for a while i get real hunger pains- they go away when i get up but then come back again when i lie down- i shouldn;t be hungrty at these times- any ideas? it's very strange!! 235/212/? open rny 6/2/03
