Need to know the scoop amount for vitalady powders

I just received protein powder samples from vitalady and some say 1 scoop and some say 1 1/2 scoops but the samples didn't come with a scoop. Exactly how much is in a scoop? Say by teaspoons or tablespoons? How can I measure?
