I am 10 days pre-op and I took.....

I took a BC Powder yesterday. I had a horrible headache and BC's was the only thing that got rid of it...What worries me is that I quit taking BC powder about a month and one half ago and yesterday was the first time I had taken aspirin since. Anyway, this morning when I blew my nose, there was blood... <b>Eeeeeeeek!</b> I am wondering if it was because I took aspirin after not taking it for so long and could the aspirin I took yesterday effect my surgery in 10 days?
