Need help with Pacificare in Southern California

I just told my mom about my WLS and surprisingly she has fantasized about it too! Now she needs help with ins info and has no computer knowledge. She is in Pomona, CA. She has Pacificare through her job, LVN nurse who visits homes. Anyone know good PCP? Local Surgeons you might suggest? Any help or comments would be wonderful!
