I had a full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) 3 months ago and still have swelling....

the swelling is mainly in the afternoons and evenings. My surgeon says I may need some lipo because it's possible my abdominal wall never did "lie down" and attatch itself like it should have. Has anyone else had this happen after a tummy tuck? I really don't want more surgery but I'm tired of having this little "pooch" and looking pregnant!!!
