How long before the swelling is gone?

I've just had a tummy tuck about two weeks ago, and I'm really really swollen, I gained 25 lbs in water from the IV because I was in the hospital for 6 days...(my doctor is better safe than sorry)...I was wondering how long it takes for the majority of the swelling to go down? Thanks.
