did anyone appealing ever hear that your appeal is in critical unit?

I have bcbs of fl ppo I called today to check about my appeal I was having trouble with them so I contacted my state comm.office before I started my appeal and when I called the rep. told me that my appeal was being faxed to the comm. office and I need to talk to them about my appeal she couldnt look at what was being faxed because it was not showing on her screen but the rep. told me it was in a different dept. and that was critical review unit I think that is the name she used anyway I was just wondering if anyone heard of this and if it was a good sighn when I asked for the lady at the state comm. office she is off today but they told me it was still in process...Any information would help..Thank You
